The Department of Pharmaceuticals has taken initiatives related to medicine.They provide 500 medicines under this scheme and these medicines are tested by the National Accreditation board of Testing & calibration Laboratories. The budget for Jan Aushadhi Store is around Rs. 35 crores. The aim is to open 300 Jan Aushadhi Stores. The government has already opened 164 stores, out of which 87 are functional. The government is giving incentive to the store owners with a financial assistance of up to Rs two lakh and a further Rs 50 lakh for purchase of hardware. Sir,I purchased L-Arginine Granules manufctured by Swss Garnier Life Science,H.P .This product is too sweet for a Diabetic so I request BPPI to reduce it’s sweetness by 66% or by 75% which will be still sweeter and will be suitable for Non-Diabetic and Diabetic on 31/08/2021.I again appeal concerned authorities to advise Manufacturer to reduce it’s sweetness as suggested above
