National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority NPPA Helpline Number, Phone number, Email, Office Address, Contact Details – The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority was set up as an attached office of the Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals (now Department of Pharmaceuticals since July 2008) on 29th August 1997. It is a government agency that helps to controls the prices of pharmaceutical drugs in India. They always monitor the availability of drugs and check the shortage of them. NPPA provides the relevant studies in respect of pricing of drugs as well as their formulations. They give their advice to the Central Government on changes as well as their revisions in the drug policy.
