Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana 2016 | Eligibility
- Only women who have BPL ration card or BPL certificate which issued by gram panchayat.
- Below poverty line means whose earning is less than one lac rupee per annum can apply for this yojana.
- The age of the Women must be above 18 years.
- Women must have a bank account in which subsidy amount of LPG gas can directly transfer to her account.
- Only one connection will be provided to one family. No other women in the same family should have already enrolled in Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana.
- Women who don’t have Aadhar card can also apply for this scheme.
Procedure to apply for Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana
- Only a women of BPL household may apply for the new connection of LPG to the nearest LPG distributor.
- At the time of application form submission, the women need the details of address, Jahan bank account and Aadhar card number of all members of the household and two passport size photos.
- Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) will be issued the connection to the eligible candidate after processing the application.
- In case the consumer opts for EMI, the EMI account will be adjusted against the subsidy amount due to the consumer on each refill.

- Download the application form from their site and paste the photo.
- Fill Bank account detail where you want to transfer the subsidy.
- You also required the BPL ration card, voter ID card, Aadhar card.
